I remember
lying awake at night, staring up at my ceiling, worrying about what could be done about my situation.
I had read every book and watched every video on the subject of dieting and health, but it was still not making any difference.
My friends were supportive of course – they often asked how my diet was going and suggested recipes or workouts they had heard of – but even their words did little to lift me out of the despair I was feeling.

I felt like a failure for not being able to achieve this simple task in life.
It wasn't until one night when I went online to search for some new ideas on how to manage my weight, that things began to turn around.
